What to expect from the HSJ Provider Virtual Summit:

  • Focused workshop sessions, in video chat rooms, with limited group sizes to enable meaningful conversations
  • 1-2-1 networking capabilities to give you the opportunity to catch up with peers across the country
  • Access to on-demand content, such as additional pre-recorded sessions and other resources, and 30 days’ post-event platform access to view recordings of live sessions in case you were pulled away from watching in real-time!

How it works: 

  • Registering: Complete a registration form, after which you will receive an email with confirmation – please note that the event is for healthcare professionals only and registrations will be reviewed prior to acceptance.
  • Gaining Access: Virtual event participants will receive a URL link to the live event platform to access content on the event day. The link can also be used to access on-demand content on the platform, and for a period of time after.
  • Logging In: Simply log in prior to the opening remarks, take a moment to familiarise yourself with the platform and get ready for the sessions to begin.
  • Technical Support: Our team will be available to you before and during the conference to ensure you are set up and ready to go!
  • Platform Compatibility: The platform is accessible via your internet browser and does not require any software to be downloaded. We will share the link in advance to give you ample time to familiarise yourself with the layout and functions.


What will the platform look like?

Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.

How do I access the platform and what is the compatibility? 
The platform is accessible via your internet browser and does not require any software to be downloaded. Chrome is the most compatible browser to use with the platform. We will share the link in advance to give you ample time to familiarise yourself with the layout and functions.

Will I need a webcam to participate?
Ideally yes at it will improve your interactive experience but it isn't essential for attending. 

How do I login the day of the event?
Your login information is the email address and password you provided during registration and you will receive an email with the platform link the day before the event. 

Who do I contact if I have troubleshooting issues on day-of?

Where will the event be held?
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

Will I be able to take away information or brochures from the event?
Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add documents provided by each exhibitors to your online swag bag and then email them to yourself or share items with colleagues by simply entering their email.

Can I invite my colleagues to attend the event?
Absolutely. You can simply share the this link and they can register at their convenience. Please note that this event is for healthcare leaders only and each registration will be reviewed prior to acceptance.

The times for the live event are not convenient for me. Can I still participate in the event?
We understand your schedule may not allow you to attend the event. This platform is also available on-demand for 30 days after the event to recap on the sessions and network with colleagues.
